I think this is still a solid recipe, but mine ended up too hoppy and sweet (I know, a real dichotomy). I think I fermented too cold (37F +/- 5*) and was not precise in my hop measurement.

17 Feb 2014: The beer is getting better with time. I overcarbed (27 PSI for about 1 day -- who knew) and now it's fizzy. It may be time for new lines in the keezer.
