Lots of hop bite coming out of the fermenter and in to the keg. Planning to lager until mid April.

Nailed the gravity. Beer tasted nice after coming out of the fermentor. Lagered for over a month and will begin serving on Mayday. Drinking this on 26 May 2015. It's amazing, as usual. Strong, sweet, beautiful.
