Super big, malty and colorful. This should be nice. Yeast (Wyeast 2206) is having a hard time getting started. If no activity by tomorrow, I'm dropping a Saflager 23 on it.

Yeast kicked in strong. Patience is a virtue. Fermented for two weeks, then a diacetyl rest for two days. Transferred and began layering on 19 May 2014.

Kegged and carbed last week of August 2014. Started drinking on 3 September. Very boozy and absolutely delicious. 1 liter and I'm drunk.
