Way missed gravity. There were some clumps in the mash sleeve. I think there may have been a channel. Let's hope the hops balance out with such a low OG.

The beer balanced out reasonably well. It's pretty bitter, but still within style, IMHO. The color is beautiful, the body is a bit over dry and the hopping is nice.

25 May 14: Beer continues to be fairly bitter, even after a couple of months aging. It is really, really good at room temperature. That's how I'll recommend people serve it.

19 Jan 15: The hops have mellowed out a bit, but there's still that cough syrup smell from the Centennials lingering. That never seems to go away. The beer is not very well balanced (it's very dry and little mouthfeel - probably due to the bad mash), the hops are not to my liking and I primed it waaaaay to much. Lots of bubbles.
