Beautiful Sunday afternoon brew. A bit above gravity. Beautiful dark color. Yeast seemed very viable. Three week ferment! Bucket almost exploded while using a gaslock. Racked to secondary on 6 December 2015. Bottled on 24 Feb 2016. Sweet, deep flavor. Quite strong.
