Omega yeast wasn't viable, so I pitched White Labs Pacific Ale on Thursday, 18 Feb. Vigorous fermentation as of 21 Feb. Racking to keg on 26 Feb 2016. Flavor is still bitter at the end. Hopefully it ages out well.

After being in the keg for a month, this turned out to be one of the best beers I've ever produced. It's well rounded, a bit sweet, and has a nice hop/chocolate malt bite.
