Mash at 152F for 60 minutes.
Sparge 4 gallons.

Boil size should be at least 8 gallons to overcome 90 minute boil and loss after dry hop.

Ferment at 66F for one week.
Crash to 60F and rack to secondary. Add hops on top of secondary.
Dry hop for 7 days and let temp rise to 68F over the week.
Cold crash at 44F for 1 week.
Filter to keg. Enfrigginjoy.
