American IPA

A high-alcohol, highly hopped beer with a spicy floral citrus hop nose and flavour. Forked from example, scaled and Warrior replaced with Columbus due to availability and American Ale II used instead of American Ale.

Colour is slightly reddish-brown. Very good carbonation. Good, stiff head.
Dry-hop aroma almost absent. Slightly fruity aroma that I suspect if from the yeast, along with the typical slightly-off yeasty smell.
Perhaps a bit too dry. Bitterness level is good, not too high.
Forgot to write down SG values.
Next time: different yeast to be less dry, perhaps addition of Vienna or similarly sweet malt. Double the dry-hop quantity.
